Our 20-Point Inspection

Every watch in our collection is personally inspected by one of our four in-house watchmakers across 20 critical checkpoints, including:

Serial and reference numbers verified against manufacturer records
Movement condition, originality, and accuracy tested
Case, dial, hands, and crystal inspected for authenticity and condition
Bracelet, clasp, and crown function verified
Water resistance and crown seal checked where applicable
Presence and validity of original papers and box documented
Hallmarks and metal purity verified on all jewelry pieces
Full service performed when needed before listing

Our 1 Year Service Warranty

Every watch sold by Riviera Jewelry Co. comes with our 1 Year Service Warranty. If your timepiece experiences any mechanical issue within one year of purchase, we'll make it right — at no cost to you. Where applicable, valid factory warranties are also honored.
